What We Cannot Help With

Loan 15 Minutes is not a lender and does not handle loan applications. We cannot:

approve, speed up or release a loan;
see or change your loan status with any lender;
resolve a dispute between you and a lender or a collector;
recover money you have paid to a scammer; or
give personal financial or legal advice.

How to Report an Error

A useful message includes:

the address of the page,
the sentence or number you are questioning,
what you think is correct, and
a link to an official source, if you have one.

We review reports against official sources and update the page when the report is correct. Our editorial policy explains how corrections work.

Staying Safe

We will never ask you for your ID, selfie, contacts, bank or wallet details, one-time codes or passwords.
We will never ask you to pay a fee to approve, unlock or release a loan.
If someone claims to represent us and asks for money or personal documents, do not reply.

Please do not send sensitive documents by email. We do not need them.

Response Times

We read the messages we receive, but we cannot promise a reply to every message or a fixed response time. Corrections to important facts are reviewed as a priority.
