Financial and Legal Disclaimer
Financial and Legal Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before you use Loan 15 Minutes ("we," "us," "the website"). By using the website you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
General Information Only
Everything on this website is provided for general information and education. It is not personalized to your circumstances and does not take into account your income, obligations, goals or needs. Information can be incomplete, and it can become out of date.
We Are Not a Lender or Broker
Loan 15 Minutes does not lend money, arrange loans, approve or reject applications, collect repayments or act as an agent for any borrower or lender. Any loan you obtain is a contract between you and the lender. We are not a party to that contract.
Some pages describe comparison websites and other intermediaries. Those services are separate from us. We do not operate them and we are not responsible for what they do.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, credit or tax advice. Descriptions of loan products, examples and calculations are for illustration. Before you borrow, consider your own budget and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified professional. Only you can decide whether a loan is right for you.
Examples that use made-up figures are labeled as hypothetical. They are not offers, quotations or predictions, and actual costs differ by lender and by loan.
Not Legal Advice
Our pages refer to laws and regulations, including circulars and advisories of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and other agencies. We summarize them in plain language. Summaries are not legal advice, and they may not cover every exception or the latest amendments.
Whether a rule applies to you depends on facts such as the type of lender, the loan amount, the loan term and the date of the agreement. If you face a court case, a demand from a collector, threats, or a complicated dispute, please consult a lawyer, the Public Attorney's Office where you qualify, or the appropriate authority.
Accuracy and Changes
We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, and we base it on official sources. Even so:
- Loan terms, fees, limits, eligibility rules and payout times change often and without notice.
- Regulations and ceilings on interest or fees can be replaced, and some apply only to certain loans.
- Contact channels of agencies and providers may change.
- Our descriptions of a provider reflect what the provider's official pages said when we reviewed them.
We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or free from error. The date shown on a page tells you when we last reviewed it, not that nothing has changed since. Always confirm the current terms in the lender's official app or website, in its written disclosure and, where relevant, with the regulator.
No Guarantee of Approval, Amounts or Timing
No lender can promise approval to every applicant, and neither can we. Statements such as "approval in minutes" or "cash today" describe what a provider says, not what will happen to you. Approval, the amount offered, the cost and the time before funds arrive depend on the lender, your details, your eligibility and the payment channel.
The "15 minutes" in our name and in some search terms is a search phrase used by many borrowers. It is not a promise, and no official source we reviewed guarantees that time for payout.
Third-Party Providers and Links
Our pages may mention or link to providers, regulators and other websites. We do not control those sites and we do not endorse their content, products or practices. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices or the results of using them. Mentioning a provider is not a recommendation to borrow from it, and it is not a statement that the provider is authorized, safe or suitable for you. Verify every lender yourself before you share personal information or accept a loan.
Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure
Some buttons and links on this website, including links that lead to partner lenders and loan comparison pages, are affiliate or referral links. If you apply or sign up through them, Loan 15 Minutes may earn a commission. Compensation does not decide which providers we mention or what we say about them. Read more in our editorial policy.
The order of any list on this website is not a ranking of quality or suitability unless we explicitly say so.
Comments on Safety and Legitimacy
We explain how to check whether a lender is authorized, for example through SEC records and a Certificate of Authority. Passing such a check shows authorization. It does not show that a loan is cheap, that a lender will treat you fairly in every case, or that an app is free of problems. Conversely, failing to find a record does not prove wrongdoing, because databases can be incomplete or renamed. Use our guides as a starting point, and rely on official sources.
Sensitive Topics
Some pages discuss harassment, scams and missed payments. This content is general and cannot replace personal support. Reporting abuse does not automatically cancel a valid debt, and we cannot promise that an agency will act in a particular way or within a particular time. If you are in danger or being threatened with violence, contact the police or a trusted person immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loan 15 Minutes, its editorial team, contributors and partners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. This includes direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of money, loss of opportunity, loss of data or damage caused by a decision to borrow, to repay, to apply or not to apply. You use the website at your own risk.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- reading the lender's terms, disclosure statement and privacy notice before you accept;
- confirming that a lender is authorized and that an app is official;
- deciding how much you can afford to borrow and repay;
- protecting your ID, passwords, one-time codes and personal data; and
- keeping records of your loan documents and payments.
Never pay anyone to release, unlock or approve a loan, and never share one-time codes with a person who contacts you. Genuine lenders do not ask for money before releasing a loan.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The updated version applies once it is published on this page. Please review it occasionally.
